These Terms of Service explain the rules for using O Kados Mou, including the mobile app, website pages, and related online services provided by Ultilab Apps.
1. About O Kados Mou
O Kados Mou is a community-driven app that helps users find, contribute, and improve map information about waste containers, recycling containers, clothing containers, treasures, gifts, and related community map information.
The app is focused on Greece, but it may be usable in other locations where the app is available and where community data or supported map features exist.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By using O Kados Mou, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the app or related services.
3. Accounts and sign-in
O Kados Mou may allow guest access and sign-in through supported methods such as Google, email link sign-in, Facebook, or other authentication providers. Some features may require a real signed-in account and may not be available to guest users.
You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity connected to your account. You must not use another person's account without permission.
4. Community contributions
Users may be able to add, edit, vote on, report, or otherwise contribute community data, including container locations, container details, treasures, gifts, reports, nicknames, favorites, and related app activity.
By submitting content or information to O Kados Mou, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and you allow Ultilab Apps to store, display, process, moderate, edit, anonymize, or remove that content where necessary to operate, protect, and improve the app.
5. Accuracy of map and community data
O Kados Mou uses community-submitted information and third-party map services. Information shown in the app may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, duplicated, or unavailable.
O Kados Mou is not an official government, municipal, recycling authority, waste-management authority, or emergency service. You should verify important information before relying on it.
6. Treasures, gifts, and user-posted items
Users may be able to post or view treasures, gifts, or similar community items. Ultilab Apps does not guarantee the availability, quality, legality, safety, cleanliness, ownership, or condition of any posted item.
You must not post, offer, leave, request, or promote dangerous, illegal, stolen, counterfeit, hazardous, contaminated, age-restricted, offensive, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate items. You are responsible for your own actions and safety when interacting with community-posted information or items.
7. Prohibited behavior
You agree not to use O Kados Mou to:
- submit false, misleading, spammy, abusive, or malicious information;
- harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm other people;
- upload illegal, offensive, harmful, private, or copyrighted content without permission;
- attempt to bypass app limits, voting systems, moderation systems, cooldowns, or security rules;
- scrape, copy, attack, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app or its services;
- use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
8. Moderation, voting, limits, and enforcement
O Kados Mou may use community voting, reputation, reports, automated checks, administrator review, and other moderation tools to protect the app and improve data quality.
Ultilab Apps may limit, hide, reject, edit, delete, anonymize, or review content or accounts when needed, including for safety, abuse prevention, legal reasons, technical reasons, or app integrity. App limits, contribution rules, reputation rules, and moderation systems may change over time.
9. Privacy

10. Account and data deletion

11. Third-party services

12. Availability and changes
Ultilab Apps may update, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of O Kados Mou at any time. The app may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, third-party services, or other reasons.
13. No warranties
O Kados Mou is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Ultilab Apps does not promise that the app will always be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Ultilab Apps is not responsible for losses, damages, injuries, disputes, or problems caused by use of the app, reliance on community data, user-posted items, third-party services, or actions of other users.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make changes, we may update the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of O Kados Mou after changes means you accept the updated terms.
